Rep. Dan Crenshaw, serving in the U.S. Congress for Texas' 2nd district since 2019, has recently shared his views and activities through social media posts. Crenshaw, born in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1984 and a graduate of Tufts University, resides in Humble.

On January 25, 2025, Rep. Crenshaw shared a conversation he had with Lila Grace Rose via Twitter. He stated: "Here’s my full conversation with @LilaGraceRose: https://t.co/V8rTRhQhQY".

On January 26, 2025, Crenshaw expressed concerns over the allocation of food stamps (SNAP benefits). In his tweet, he said: "Billions of taxpayer dollars in food stamps (SNAP benefits) are being spent on junk food and soda—products that are wildly unhealthy and causing obesity, diabetes, and other preventable diseases to skyrocket. It’s a system that’s broken...". He reiterated this point shortly after with another post: "Billions of taxpayer dollars in food stamps (SNAP benefits) are being spent on junk food and soda—products that are wildly unhealthy...".
