He urged urgency by stating, "They’re not waiting around. Neither should we."
In another tweet from the same day, Luttrell announced the progression of his bill related to homeland security. The tweet stated, "PASSED out of @HomelandGOP: My bill, the Syria Terrorism Threat Assessment Act, ensures DHS identifies threats from terrorists operating in Syria."
