Q3: Home valuations in The Woodlands (Montgomery County) increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in The Woodlands in Montgomery County rose by $168,240 while total valuation decreased by 98.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 16 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $422,248 - a 66.2 percent increase over the $254,008 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 861 homes sold in The Woodlands in the third quarter of 2021.
