Rising home valuations in Yale Gardens in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Yale Gardens rose by $17,501 while total valuation increased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $189,061 - a 10.2 percent increase over the $171,560 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Yale Gardens in the first half of 2021.
