Western Estates median home valuations rose by 9.2% in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Western Estates rose by $16,107 while total valuation increased by 112.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 17 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $191,067 - a 9.2 percent increase over the $174,960 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Western Estates in the first half of 2021.
