Valuation for the median home in Winchester Country increased during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Winchester Country rose by $31,515 while total valuation increased by 108.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 25 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $194,746 - a 19.3 percent increase over the $163,231 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Winchester Country in the first half of 2021.
