First half of 2022: Home valuations in Spring increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Spring rose by $29,197 while total valuation increased by 44.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 1,164 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $192,831 - a 17.8 percent increase over the $163,634 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 807 homes sold in Spring in the first half of 2021.
