What happened to the median home valuation in North Houston during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in North Houston rose by $13,058 while total valuation increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $203,745 - a 6.8 percent increase over the $190,687 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Houston in the first half of 2021.
