First half of 2022: Sabacen Park experienced a 10% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Sabacen Park rose by $18,597 while total valuation decreased by 22.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $203,805 - a 10 percent increase over the $185,208 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Sabacen Park in the first half of 2021.
