Home valuations increased in Barwood during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Barwood rose by $39,571 while total valuation increased by 66.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 10 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $205,755 - a 23.8 percent increase over the $166,184 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Barwood in the first half of 2021.
