Ponderosa Forest home valuations rose in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Ponderosa Forest rose by $120,594 while total valuation decreased by 16.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were five homes sold, with a median home valuation of $213,352 - a 130 percent increase over the $92,758 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ponderosa Forest in the first half of 2021.
