What happened to the median home valuation in Woodedge Village during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Woodedge Village rose by $57,609 while total valuation increased by 150 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 15 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $218,517 - a 35.8 percent increase over the $160,908 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Woodedge Village in the first half of 2021.
