First half of 2022: Windsor Forest experienced a 29.1% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Windsor Forest rose by $49,435 while total valuation decreased by 22.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $219,243 - a 29.1 percent increase over the $169,808 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Windsor Forest in the first half of 2021.
