Home valuations increased in Woodland Oaks during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Woodland Oaks rose by $61,702 while total valuation increased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were six homes sold, with a median home valuation of $219,360 - a 39.1 percent increase over the $157,658 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodland Oaks in the first half of 2021.
