Median home valuations in Canyongate rose to $220,088 in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Canyongate rose by $41,195 while total valuation decreased by 53.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were six homes sold, with a median home valuation of $220,088 - a 23 percent increase over the $178,893 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Canyongate in the first half of 2021.
