First half of 2022: Home valuations in Terranova increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Terranova rose by $18,656 while total valuation increased by 107.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 29 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $226,775 - a nine percent increase over the $208,119 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Terranova in the first half of 2021.
