Wood Forest North home valuations rose in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Wood Forest North rose by $53,621 while total valuation decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $171,621 - a 45.4 percent increase over the $118,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Wood Forest North in the second quarter of 2021.
