Q2: Bonaire experienced a 21% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Bonaire rose by $30,203 while total valuation remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were nine homes sold, with a median home valuation of $174,291 - a 21 percent increase over the $144,088 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Bonaire in the second quarter of 2021, as well.
