Humble median home valuations rose by 29.4% in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Humble rose by $40,639 while total valuation decreased by 5.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 113 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $179,033 - a 29.4 percent increase over the $138,394 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Humble in the second quarter of 2021.
