Q2: Home valuations in Fountainhead increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Fountainhead rose by $36,715 while total valuation increased by 160 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 13 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $182,410 - a 25.2 percent increase over the $145,695 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fountainhead in the second quarter of 2021.
