Rising home valuations in Cypress Glen in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Cypress Glen rose by $49,558 while total valuation decreased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $194,303 - a 34.2 percent increase over the $144,745 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cypress Glen in the second quarter of 2021.
