Kirk Lloyd Osborn's campaign committee receives $2,800 from Randy Councill

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Kirk Lloyd Osborn, Kirk Osborn for Congress, received $2,800 from Randy Councill on January 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).
