City of Bellaire issued the following announcement on Feb 26.
Bellaire water customers do not need to boil water. Bellaire’s water supply system is independent of the affected portion of the City of Houston water system. Bellaire’s water is safe.
We do not expect any service interruptions or changes in service level here in Bellaire. City of Bellaire groundwater sources, plus our storage capacity, provide sufficient water supply for our needs for an extended period of time.
