According to the post, there was a substantial bust involving transnational gang members accused of stealing $83 million in Amazon deliveries. The statement emphasized that these individuals are the primary targets for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). “BREAKING: Huge Homeland Security bust in LA involving transnational gang members who stole $83 million in Amazon deliveries! These are the people DHS is AFTER: violent criminal organizations.”
Shortly after, another update from May 21 highlighted actions taken by the New York Police Department (NYPD) at Columbia University during graduation day. The tweet detailed that pro-Hamas groups disrupted ceremonies on campus, leading to chaos and arrests as authorities enforced order. The message conveyed was clear: disruptive behavior would not be tolerated without repercussions. “BREAKING: NYPD CRACKS DOWN on Pro-Hamas Mobs at Columbia—Graduation Day RUINED for Proud Students! Stampede through campus, disrupt ceremonies, face the consequences. The message is clear: cause chaos, get cuffed.”
On May 22, Rep. Hunt’s office reflected on legislative accomplishments under former President Trump’s administration with regard to tax reforms benefiting American families. The tweet celebrated what was described as “the largest tax cut for American families ever,” asserting efforts to prioritize family welfare while addressing national concerns such as border security and energy independence. “We delivered on President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill—the largest tax cut for American families ever… A Victory for America!”
Hunt was born in Houston, Texas in 1981 and continues to reside there.
