Tom Oliverson, M.D., a Republican member of the Texas State House representing District 130 since 2017, posted several updates on his Twitter account on March 20, 2026.
In his first tweet of the day, Oliverson recognized local law enforcement for recent honors. He wrote: “Congratulations to Captain Aaron Strain, Sergeant Mathew Gonzalez and Sergeant Jordan Beopple with Constable Mark Herman’s office for being awarded ‘First Responder of the Year’ by the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.” (March 20, 2026)
Later that afternoon, Oliverson promoted an upcoming community event in Tomball. He stated: “German Heritage Festival in Tomball, March 27–29. Enjoy live music, street vendors, antique shops, and family activities. Admission, parking, and shuttle service are free. @Tomballgermanfe” (March 20, 2026)
In his final post of the evening, Oliverson commented on a recent meeting in Washington D.C.: “I had a very productive and very informative briefing at the White House this week with a supermajority of my Republican colleagues in the Texas House and Senate. Oliverson has served as state representative for Texas’s 130th district since replacing Allen Fletcher in 2017.
