Tom Oliverson, M.D., a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 130, made several statements on social media on September 10, 2025, addressing a recent criminal case and judicial decisions.

In his first post at 14:02 UTC, Oliverson stated: “No B/S excuses. We all saw what he did and know what he deserves. A swift trial, followed by the timely application of the death penalty. And the judge who let him out should be sued and ruined financially, this tragedy is her fault. #txlege https://t.co/Sr0f7hmS3G”

Shortly after, at 14:03 UTC, he expressed agreement with former President Donald Trump by posting: “Absolutely right! Thank you @realDonaldTrump for speaking truth. #txlege https://t.co/CwtB75oDqF”

In another message posted at 14:04 UTC, Oliverson added: “Liable. #txlege https://t.co/CUQSmjX6aW”
