Tom Oliverson, M.D., a Republican member of the Texas State House representing District 130 since 2017, has posted several remarks on social media referencing Harris County and ongoing legislative discussions.
On August 18, 2025, Oliverson posted, “And the constables as well. I’m looking at you Harris County. #txlege https://t.co/PsCGuUH9Cf”.
The following day, August 19, he shared another message: ““As planned as a Valentina Gomez video”….. #txlege https://t.co/aTAQ5gjTvm https://t.co/Fjih0yO1do”.
Shortly after, also on August 19, Oliverson tweeted simply: “#txlege https://t.co/c1Gz64HoHz https://t.co/grlsvQUyYe”.
Oliverson began serving in the Texas House of Representatives in 2017 after succeeding Allen Fletcher. As a legislator, he frequently comments on issues relevant to Texas state governance and local law enforcement agencies such as those in Harris County.
