Woodbranch home valuations fell in Q3

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Woodbranch fell by $53,604 while total valuation decreased by 86.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $66,396 - a 44.7 percent decrease from the $120,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Woodbranch in the third quarter of 2021.
