Q3: Home valuations in Roman Forest fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Roman Forest fell by $60,217 while total valuation decreased by 83.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $113,364 - a 34.7 percent decrease from the $173,581 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Roman Forest in the third quarter of 2021.
