Median home valuations in Oak Ridge North fell to $167,864 in Q3

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Oak Ridge North fell by $15,496 while total valuation decreased by 39.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 17 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $167,864 - an 8.5 percent decrease from the $183,360 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Oak Ridge North in the third quarter of 2021.
