Falling home valuations in Shenandoah in Q3

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Shenandoah fell by $34,391 while total valuation decreased by 54.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 10 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,324 - a 16.6 percent decrease from the $206,715 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Shenandoah in the third quarter of 2021.
