How did home valuations perform in Spring during Q3?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Spring rose by $1,118 while total valuation decreased by 77.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 84 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $193,048 - a 0.6 percent increase over the $191,930 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 379 homes sold in Spring in the third quarter of 2021.
