How did home valuations perform in Cypress Glen during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Cypress Glen rose by $47,739 while total valuation remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $192,484 - a 33 percent increase over the $144,745 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cypress Glen in the first half of 2021, as well.
