How did home valuations perform in Cypresswood during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Cypresswood rose by $40,473 while total valuation remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were five homes sold, with a median home valuation of $211,487 - a 23.7 percent increase over the $171,014 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cypresswood in the first half of 2021, as well.
