First half of 2022: Home valuations in Westfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Westfield rose by $42,713 while total valuation increased by 200 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 21 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $216,422 - a 24.6 percent increase over the $173,709 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Westfield in the first half of 2021.
