Median home valuations in Hudson rose to $176,386 in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Hudson rose by $51,926 while total valuation decreased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $176,386 - a 41.7 percent increase over the $124,460 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hudson in the second quarter of 2021.
