Rising home valuations in Fountain View in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Fountain View rose by $78,946 while total valuation remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $178,946 - a 78.9 percent increase over the $100,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Fountain View in the second quarter of 2021, as well.
