How did home valuations perform in Hastings Green during Q2?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Hastings Green rose by $52,998 while total valuation remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were nine homes sold, with a median home valuation of $180,837 - a 41.5 percent increase over the $127,839 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hastings Green in the second quarter of 2021, as well.
