Steve Toth, a prominent public figure known for his outspoken views on social and political issues, recently expressed his opinions on several contentious topics through a series of tweets.

On June 6, 2025, Toth referenced legislation known as SB12 and highlighted the significance of his amendment to it. He stated: “Now you see why SB12 by @CreightonForTX with my amendment added was so important. The social and surgical transitioning must end and doctors and therapists who engage in this need to go to jail.” This tweet underscores Toth’s stance against certain medical practices related to gender transition.

In another tweet dated June 7, 2025, Toth questioned the actions of a high-ranking official concerning immigration policies. He asked: “Should Mayorkas be charged with treason for purposely allowing 20 million undocumented people in to the U.S.?” This reflects his critical view on current immigration management under Secretary Mayorkas.

On June 8, 2025, Toth addressed civil unrest with a provocative comparison. He wrote: “Insurrections deserve the same justice they’d get in Mexico City if they donned an American flag while setting cars on fire.” Here, he alludes to the severity of responses to insurrectionist activities.
