Steve Toth, a Republican elected to the Texas State House in 2019 to represent the state’s 15th House district, posted several statements on his social media account in late August and early September 2025.

On August 30, 2025, Toth wrote, “The gender reassignment cult is being exposed for the frauds they are.” Later that same day, he posted another message: “No Dudes in Girls Rooms. #TXLege” On September 1, 2025, Toth offered congratulations to a colleague with the post: “Congratulations Senator Creighton.”

Toth has represented Texas’s 15th House district since succeeding Mark Keough in 2019.
