Steve Toth, a Republican member of the Texas State House representing the 15th district since 2019, has recently posted several comments on social media addressing state political issues and education policies.

On August 16, 2025, Toth criticized members of the opposing party in a post stating, “TX Democrats blew it. Thanks for giving us 3 weeks to expose your redistricting fraud.”

The following day, August 17, he referenced another user’s statement with the message: “Truth. Well stated @Janae_Sergio”.

On August 18, Toth commented on an incident involving Katy Independent School District (Katy ISD), writing: “Get this, @KatyISD actually blamed AI for breaking Texas law when they asked children what was their preferred pronouns.”

Toth succeeded Mark Keough as representative of Texas’s 15th House district after being elected in 2019.
