Steve Toth, a Republican elected to the Texas State House in 2019 representing the state’s 15th House district, has recently posted several messages on his X (formerly Twitter) account regarding election integrity and upcoming political events.

On January 6, 2026, Toth commented on former President Donald Trump’s claims about the 2020 election. He wrote, “. @DonaldTrump was not wrong about the 2020 Election being stolen but Dan Crenshaw was. Over and over Dan Crenshaw denied election fraud.”

Two days later, on January 8, Toth urged his followers to participate in an upcoming vote. He stated, “The Countdown Begins. Mark your calendar for March 3rd. Please vote for Steve Toth”.

Later that same day, Toth referenced comments made by Tim Parlatore regarding Dan Crenshaw. He posted, “Wow, very revealing, @ShawnRyan762 attorney, Tim Parlatore comments on his dealings with Dan Crenshaw.”

Toth succeeded Mark Keough when he assumed office in the Texas State House in 2019.
