Steve Toth, a Republican elected to the Texas State House in 2019 to represent the 15th House district, has recently posted several statements on social media addressing legislative actions and ongoing debates in Texas education and health policy.

On August 25, 2025, Toth expressed gratitude for support received during his legislative efforts, stating: “Thanks @TPPF and Mandy Drogin for all your hard work.”

The following day, August 26, 2025, Toth highlighted recent legislation passed in Texas schools. He wrote: “Democrat Sponsored Racism is banned in Texas Schools. @TexasPolicy played a huge role in helping me pass this legislation. #TXLege”

On August 28, 2025, Toth commented on the differing attitudes toward medical treatments for children and adults. He stated: “Democrats are okay with a little girl using hormone blockers but they’re not okay with adults using ivermectin? Thank the Lord that he’s risen up warriors like @MdBreathe #TXLege”

Toth succeeded Mark Keough as state representative for Texas’s 15th House district after his election in 2019.
