On March 17, the press office stated: “Team Hunt is honored to continue serving Texas’ 38th Congressional District and proud to have returned more than $40 million to the communities we call home. For the past three years, Congressman Wesley Hunt and our team have delivered real results for TX-38, securing critical https://t.co/AvkLsY32mb”.
The following day, March 18, the account commented on state-level immigration enforcement policies: “Elections have consequences. Virginia BLOCKS ICE cooperation. No one does anti-law enforcement like Democrats. https://t.co/LePwaoMKl9”.
Later that same day, Rep. Hunt’s participation in a congressional hearing was shared: “Today, Congressman Wesley Hunt spoke before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government, arguing that providing free K-12 education for illegal aliens harms American families and children. This hearing is about securing a future for our children https://t.co/mCjvEQLlYu”.
Wesley Hunt has served as U.S. Representative for Texas’s 38th District since 2023 after winning elections in both 2022 and 2024 by significant margins over Duncan Klussmann and Melissa McDonough respectively. He was born in Houston in 1981 and continues to reside there.
