Wesley Hunt has served as U.S. Representative for Texas’s 38th District since 2023. He was born in Houston in 1981 and continues to reside there. In previous elections, Hunt won his seat by significant margins—defeating Duncan Klussmann in 2022 with 63% of the vote and Melissa McDonough in 2024 with nearly 63% of ballots cast.
