Rep. Wesley Hunt’s Press Office, representing Texas’s 38th District in the U.S. Congress since 2023, posted a series of statements on October 3, 2025, addressing concerns over law enforcement and national security.

In a tweet published at 15:46 UTC, the office announced, “ALERT: Apple has agreed to remove the ICE tracking app, which has been used to target ICE agents and facilities. This app helps the radical left target law enforcement who are helping uphold law and order.”

Later that day at 17:27 UTC, another post stated, “Portland continues to be ravaged by radical left agitators who threaten Federal authorities and incite violence. President Trump is determined to make our communities safe and protect Americans. Law and order will be restored.”

At 17:52 UTC, the press office further commented on national priorities with a third tweet: “The President has always been extremely clear that his main mission is to protect the American homeland. President Trump is working to stop the drug epidemic that has been plaguing this nation for years.”

Wesley Hunt was born in Houston, Texas in 1981 and currently resides there. He won his seat in Congress after defeating Duncan Klussmann in 2022 and Melissa McDonough in 2024, securing over sixty percent of votes in both elections.
