Rep. Dan Crenshaw, a current member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 2nd District, recently shared a series of updates through his social media platform. Crenshaw, who took office in 2019, succeeding Ted Poe, highlighted important moments and individuals worthy of attention. Born in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 1984, and holding a BA from Tufts University since 2006, Crenshaw’s recent communications reflect significant national and personal priorities.

In a post dated March 26, 2025, Crenshaw acknowledged National Medal of Honor Day, a time dedicated to honoring military personnel who have gone above and beyond. He wrote, “Today is National Medal of Honor Day—a time to honor the warriors who went above and beyond the call of duty. These are the seven remarkable Navy SEALs who have received our nation’s highest military honor.” Among the honorees is Navy SEAL Edward Byers Jr., recognized for rescuing an American hostage in Afghanistan in 2012.

In another post from the same day, Crenshaw congratulated Dr. Jay Bhattacharya on his stance against lockdowns and mandates. He remarked, “Congrats to @DrJBhattacharya. He took a stand against lockdowns and mandates when it mattered. Even as the medical establishment tried to destroy him, he stood for intellectual freedom and science.” Crenshaw expressed his eagerness to collaborate with Dr. Bhattacharya and Secretary Kennedy.

On a lighter note, Crenshaw shared a post containing only three fire emojis, “” on March 26, 2025.
