Rep. Dan Crenshaw, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas’ 2nd district since 2019, has been vocal on various issues through his social media presence. Born in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1984 and residing in Humble, Crenshaw graduated from Tufts University in 2006 with a BA.
On June 19, 2025, Crenshaw addressed misinformation regarding immigration enforcement by stating “No, ICE doesn’t deport U.S. citizens.” He criticized the Left for allegedly using fear tactics instead of facts to promote their policies.
In another post dated June 20, 2025, Crenshaw commented on the rising tensions between Israel and Iran. He shared insights from former CIA station chief Ralph Goff who provided an analysis of the situation’s potential outcomes and America’s role. Crenshaw highlighted the critical juncture by questioning “Regime collapse? Civil war? U.S. intervention?”
Also on June 20, Crenshaw reacted to a legal development involving California Governor Gavin Newsom and President Trump. He noted that the Ninth Circuit had ruled in favor of Trump against Newsom’s attempt to regain control over the National Guard. Crenshaw questioned Newsom’s motives by asking “Why is the governor of California fighting so hard against restoring order in his own state?”
