Rep. Dan Crenshaw, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 2nd district since 2019, recently shared his views on various topics through a series of tweets. Born in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 1984 and currently residing in Humble, Crenshaw has been an active voice on social media.

On February 18, 2025, Rep. Crenshaw commented on international conflict with a post regarding Israel’s response to attacks by Hamas. He stated: “Horrific and barbaric. If Hamas ever invaded the U.S. and kidnapped and killed American toddlers, we would never stop hunting them down. And yet the world acts baffled that Israel went to war over this.”

Later that day, he addressed concerns about aviation safety following an announcement from Secretary Duffy regarding updates to air traffic control systems: “Nobody is ‘cutting aviation safety.’ @SecDuffy announced the FAA is upgrading its outdated, WWII-era air traffic control systems—long overdue. Less than 400 probationary employees were let go. Zero air traffic controllers.” He clarified that no air traffic controllers were dismissed as part of these changes.

On February 19, 2025, Rep. Crenshaw expressed amusement at political strategies aimed at former President Trump: “The funniest part about this is imagining their rehearsals, still convinced this would be an effective strategy to own Trump.”
