On January 29, 2025, Crenshaw commented on perceptions regarding violent criminals’ living conditions by quoting former President Trump. He remarked on the reaction from “The hyperventilating Left,” stating: “These violent criminals need better living conditions!” Trump humorously responded: “Okay, I’ll send them somewhere warm with ocean views.”

On January 30, 2025, Crenshaw acknowledged the efforts of first responders following a tragic incident in the National Capital region. He expressed his appreciation by stating: “Often in tragic moments, we can find the best of America.” He extended his thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families involved in what he described as a “horrible incident.”

In a tweet dated January 31, 2025, Crenshaw engaged in an ongoing discussion about physician shortages. He noted that there might be truth to various explanations provided for this issue. He stated: “It seems like common sense that one might set their own price for their service, based on market demand.” However, he pointed out that this is not how healthcare functions.
